website design & build

Website Hosting Fee: $98-$196

This fee will go directly to your hosting company, Squarespace. The is the only yearly recurring fee. The final cost will be determined once the website design is complete based on the final page count and administrator access needs.

The following quotes are based on the time it will take to create each page. This is based on an hourly rate of $50/hour.

Website Set Up:  $250

This includes adding in all brand materials, setting fonts, colors, initial site set-up, and connecting the domain name to your website.

1. Home Page Design: $500

The home page will determine the design and layout of the entire website. You will approve the design of this page, before all other pages are built out. 

2. About: $250

I would suggest a bio about the company, but also some team headshots with some brief bios for each.

3. Contact: $200

I would suggest combining the Contact and Location page for simplicity and ease of use. We can add in the map and address to the Contact page.

4. menus: $450

The menus will be able to be viewed directly on the site, and downloadable as well. I would like to design these to match your branding.

5. Request Proposal: $150

6. Gallery: $200

7. Corporate: $350

I would suggest including content on corporate events, menus, and well as gallery images specifically to corporate events. 

8. Weddings and Events: $350

I would suggest including content on corporate events, menus, and well as gallery images specifically to corporate events. 

9. Testimonials: $250

I think a testimonial page would be great as well as sprinkling them throughout the site.

10. ORDER ONLINE: $150

Website Training: Included




Email set-up: $50 per email + $50/year for the gmail account

I will connect any email addresses to your website and set it up through gmail. You will then manage the email and it will auto-renew each year for $50/year. I am not responsible for technical issues that may arise after the launch of the website and email. I will provide you with a list of contacts who can help if technical issues should arise. 

Website Photoshoot Art Direction: $250

I would be happy to direct a brand photoshoot for your website. I can direct the shoot based on the specific images we would need for the website.

Extra Notes:

I consider myself an expert Squarespace website designer, and will be with you to see you through a successful launch. Once our time is done, I want you to be in expert hands as well! Should you need technical assistance (such as your server going down, or email not connecting) I will provide you with contacts that can provide you with exceptional technical support. I am not responsible for technical issues after the launch of the website. Any additional website edits after the launch of the site (that are outside of the proposal) will be quoted and billed at an hourly rate. I feel confident that you will be comfortable making all day-to-day edits once the site has launched! You will love the simplicity and ease of use of your website!

payment plan

Upon accepting this proposal, I will email a contract as well as an invoice for the first 35% of this total. The second 35% will be billed once the brand design portion has been completed, and before final files are delivered. The final 35% will be billed once the website is completed and before the website goes live.
