Thank you so much for meeting with me! I am excited about the possibility of working with you. Should you choose to accept this proposal, I will be with you every step of the way to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible. 

website design & build

Website Hosting Fee: $98-$196

This fee will go directly to your hosting company, Squarespace. The is the only yearly recurring fee. The final cost will be determined once the website design is complete based on the final page count and administrator access needs.


The following quotes are based on the time it will take to create each page. This is based on an hourly rate of $75/hour.

Website Set Up:  $350

This includes adding in all brand materials, setting fonts, colors, initial site set-up, and connecting the domain name to your website.

1. Home Page Design: $600

The home page will determine the design and layout of the entire website. You will approve the design of this page, before all other pages are built out. I would really expand the home page to showcase the beautiful venue, click buttons to lead you throughout the site, client testimonials, featured logos, and SEO text.

2. About: $550

This page does a great job of highlighting important information about the venue. https://www.noahseventvenue.com/////about-noahs . I really love the "Why choose Noah's" section. I would expand your current About page to include lots of important information about the venue. 

3. Contact: $350

We can add in a detailed contact form, as well as a map to your location.

4. What's Included: $550

I really love how this page is set up: https://www.noahseventvenue.com/hoover/. I would remove your current Amenities page and replace it with a page similar to this. 

5. Gallery: $350

I would do a large image gallery with titles to each image, so that viewers know what area of the venue they are looking at. This would also be a great place to showcase the floorplan of the venue.

7. FAQ: $350

This could go in the Top Navigation, or in the Footer, but would be a great resource for viewers.

9. Testimonials: $350

I think a testimonial page would be great as well as sprinkling them throughout the site.

Website Photoshoot Art Direction: $250

I would be happy to direct a brand photoshoot for your website. I can direct the shoot based on the specific images we would need for the website.

Extra Notes:

I consider myself an expert Squarespace website designer, and will be with you to see you through a successful launch. Once our time is done, I want you to be in expert hands as well! Should you need technical assistance (such as your server going down, or email not connecting) I will provide you with contacts that can provide you with exceptional technical support. I am not responsible for technical issues after the launch of the website. Any additional website edits after the launch of the site (that are outside of the proposal) will be quoted and billed at an hourly rate. I feel confident that you will be comfortable making all day-to-day edits once the site has launched! You will love the simplicity and ease of use of your website!


payment plan

Upon accepting this proposal, I will email a contract as well as an invoice for the first 50% of this total. The final 50% will be billed once the website is completed and before the website goes live.
