Just by you visiting this site, we already know one thing about you. You're busy. Interns 101 is a complete 3 phase e-course that takes you through the process of findinghiring, and managing a college intern. The best part is, all of our interns have been unpaid. They work in exchange for college course credit. Emily Wells

Coming at ya from sweet home Alabama, I am brand designer and educator for growing businesses all over the United States. Most days you will find me at my desk surrounded by mood boards paired with a strong cappuccino (or two). My main focus is helping you gain clarity, confidence and sucess for your business and lifestyle. In my free time, you'll find me at a local coffee shop, road-tripping with my husband, Josh, watching Friends re-runs, or cuddling with my dog, Josie and cat, Blue. | @emilywellsdesign


Jessica Stalnaker

I’m a wedding and social stationer serving clients here in Alabama and everywhere else! Most mornings, I pour a hot cup from my French press, turn on a good podcast, and settle in on designing a custom monogram or typesetting one of my wedding suites. My dog Maybelle is usually sleeping in my lap! I love my Auburn Tigers. You can find me and my fiance, Tyler, at every home football game! Most evenings, I come home from the studio to cook a good meal, and tune into the latest binge-worthy show. | @empressstationery




Do I have to have an office space to have an intern?

Not at all! We have had interns in our homes and have met at coffee shops a few days a week. Depending on the work you need done, your intern can even work remotely, and check in through email, skype, and phone calls.


What if I can't afford to have an intern? 

That's the exciting part! Most interns will work for college course credit, so for you it's absolutely free. They are compensated with the credit from their school, and the invaluable experience they will gain from you in a field they are interested in.


How do I know what to give an intern?

We provide printable worksheet for you to share with your intern at the beginning of every week to give your internship structure. We also give you worksheet to help discover what you actually need + want to be taken off of your plate, so you know what to look for in an intern. (Hint: it may not be an intern in your exact field!)
